Arun valley region is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. Arun valley trek begins between two highest mountains - Mt.Everest and Makalu. It is really a non-tourist area but you can see significant views of Mt. Everest, Makalu, and hundred of others mountains just before yours eyes.

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.

Day 02 : Half day sight-seeing in Kathmandu.

Day 03 : Kathmandu To Tumlingtar by flight.

Day 04 : Tumlingtar To chawabesi 300m.

Day 05 : Cawabesi To Kothe.

Day 06 : Kothe To Salpa phedi 1700m.

Day 07 : Salpa phedi To Gurase ? sanam 2850m.

Day 08 : sanam To Bung 1950m.

Day 09 : Bung To Gaikharka 2300m.

Day 10 : Gaikharka To Phaiya 2600m.

Day 11 : Phaiya To Phakding 2650m.

Day 12 : Phakding To Namche Bazzar 3440m.

Day 13 : Rest day. Half day hike up to everest view Hotel.

Day 14 : Namche Bazzar To Lukla 2830m.

Day 15 : Fly back To Kathmandu.

Tipping

The trek starts from the small hill town of Hile, accessible by road or air, or through Tumblingtar, the district headquarters of Sunkhwasabha.
